Thank you for shopping with Maison Zina! We’re committed to delivering your order promptly and efficiently. Please review the information below to understand our shipping policy:

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Please inspect all items immediately upon delivery before the courier leaves.
• If a return must be done on the spot by handing items back to
  the courier, only the delivery fee will be charged.
• For exchanges, a new order must be placed through our website or DM on our Instagram Account.

• For approved exchange requests, customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs.

• For approved refund requests, Maison Zina will be responsible for all shipping and handling expenses.
• No partial acceptance, as orders must be accepted or returned in full.
• Once accepted and the courier leaves, the order becomes the customer’s responsibility.
• Please coordinate a suitable delivery time, to allow for inspection & try-on.

 

Estimated Delivery Times:

• Cairo: 2-3 working days

• Alexandria: 2–4 working days

• Other Governorates: 4–7 working days
